The best family hotel. All inclusive. Staff always with a smile. You feel like home. Super clean. Delicious food. Great entertaining shows every day. Special thanks to Ellada and Katerina. They are a big plus for this hotel. Definitely will visit again!!!

This is a great hotel. I booked this hotel based upon other people's reveiws and I was not dissapointed. The food was amazing with different themes every night. The drinks were plentiful (1 type of very good local beer - "KEO" which is produced in Cyprus. Plenty juice, hot drinks, spirits, champagne and coctail options as well. Along with red, white and rose wine). The entertainment team was always changing the shows depending on day of the week which was great. All the hotel activities were fantastic and were included in the all inclusive price when booking. The hotel has a lovely walk along next to the sea, passing all the beautiful hotels. The hotel is very clean and is well maintained. All the staff do their job brilliantly. Some names to mention Ahmed, Mahmoud, and Nader (waiters), Feel (barman), Ahmed (indoor pool lifeguard), Katerina (house keeper), Jamie and Skye (entertainment team) and Michael (hotel manager) all of the above are great staff members, very kind, attentive, helpful, and each have their own speciality traits that made them worth a mention. Also a great arrivial welcome is a spread of foods and drinks right inside the main entrance if you arrive around check-in time (14:00). Unfortnuatly, if I was to be really picky I wasn't overly impressed with the hotel policy of having to pay extra of 3 Euros per day to rent the in room safe. Also the incline bench and other gym equipment adjustment handles have came off, so very difficult, but not impossible to operate it with your fingers. Still one of the best hotel gym's I have saw with plentiful equipment to work all body muscles. Would 100% return to this wonderful hotel.

Our 2nd time here and yet again Bloomin Amazing from All the Amazing Staff from the Bed Makers to Bar Men and Management. The Food is The Best and thats from everyone we spoke to aswell. The Restaurant is lovely and big . Amed the Waiter kept us happy through-out our Stay he was excellent. Ignore all the bad comments on here unless you want a immaculate with non any wear on anything then Stay Home or pay £1000,,,000 more but even that wont be perfect for some people, they will still moan there... We have stayed in Alot of Hotels and this is far far far the best for the Money and with what you get. Drinks are as much as you like with the amazing service. We will be Back this year THE CAKES !!!! (Surname)

Wow! Where do I start? Just had a 5 day stay and have come back with the best memories. Checking in and airport transfer! We booked a private transfer which was quick and easy. Met at the hotel by a gentleman who was so welcoming. Whilst we were filling out a form a waiter appeared to see if we would like a drink and we were soon drinking our first cocktail of many. A really nice welcome to the hotel! Room: We booked the cheapest room rate, and we are never in the room for long enough to book anything more. We were in room 3024, which was third floor by the lift. The room was spacious and clean with more than enough room to hang clothes, unpack, and still have lots of space. View was a side sea view, and we could see a lovely sunset each night from the balcony. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. There are lots of plug sockets, which is always a bonus. We didn't turn the TV on once, so I can not comment on that. The bathroom was fine and clean. Food! Food was fabulous and the choice was vast! Different theme each night along with a huge salad selection, breads, pizza and a children's part. Every night there was pasta, a show cooking section and so much choice. The staff work tirelessly to make sure plates are clear and check in on you to see if you need anything. There is a microwave available if needed but we found food to be hot and was constantly being replenished. In the restaurant there is a self service area for drinks which included soft drinks, wine, beer and hot drinks. You could also take in cocktails from the bar. It would be impossible to not like the food so selection was so vast. We didn't try the pizzas but they always looked good. Variety of desserts and all were lovely. Cocktails: we really do enjoy our cocktails on holiday and these did not disappoint. The only drinks which seem pre made are the pina colada and the daiquiri.. rest are made as you go. We loved the Cuba libres and you could always taste the alcohol. Watching the bar staff work was very impressive.. their memory for drink orders was amazing.. no matter what the queue was like it always went down very fast.. also table service was available. Entertainment: now this was not our cup of tea at all. Just feel that they have not found there groove in the cabaret scene, dancers were quite provocative and not great for a family show.. singers were hit and miss but did not always look comfortable.. just felt like it could work if they selected better songs.. there was activities during the day such as quizzes or shuffleboard, darts etc. We joined in with these and they were fun.. Pools and location: pools were massive and plenty of sun loungers. The water park had not opened but the slide selection looked good! There are areas to sun bath right outside the hotel but it's not a sandy beach. If you go to the sea and head right there is a nice bay for swimming. We walked to the harbour, it took between 40-60 minutes but a really lov

The staff are rude. Chucked us out the restaurant. The hotel looks better in photos. The rooms are tiny. The door was nearly of its hinges. The carpet in places very worn. Nothing to do in the aera the beds are so soft uncomfortable. Blood stains on the patio aerea

I would rate this hotel 4.5 if there was that option. The staff, without exception, were excellent. The building inside and out was immaculately clean. The room, whilst not particularly luxurious, was clean and comfortable and of a decent size with a small balcony. There was ample wardrobe space, coat hangers and drawer space and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee and bottled water were replenished daily. The wifi was very strong, both inside and outside by the pool and never failed once. The food was absolutely amazing. Huge choice, all fresh and homemade of very high quality with something for everyone. Probably the best I've ever had in a holiday hotel. The only negative for us was the quality of the drinks. There was only 1 type of beer, which was ok and came bottled. The wine was pretty weak. The cocktails were very disappointing. Often served in a tumbler with no fruit to garnish and very low in alcohol. The pina colada was the most disappointing. It came looking like a glass of milk with ice in it. It tasted like milk with ice in it with a hint of apple flavour. I couldn't taste any pineapple, coconut or white rum. It really was undrinkable. The Baileys equivalent was very sweet and watery. By the end of the holiday we were going out at night to get a decent drink. Location was ok but it was a 45 minute walk to the marina area either by road or the coastal route. Buses are regular if you don't fancy the walk, but there is very little around the hotel in terms of shops or bars. Luckily it's pretty flat, so walking isn't too onerous. We were there early in the year (March), so there weren't many children there, and there was no problem whatsoever getting a sunbed. Towels provided by the hotel. Weather was very pleasant during the day, though chilly at night. Would I go back? I dont know. There is so much to like about this hotel but it really does let itself down with those drinks in my opinion. Maybe.

We enjoyed our stay here but probably wouldn't stay again. If your looking for a quiet relaxing holiday better to avoid. It is better as a family holiday.Clean enough, the staff do a great job in that respect.Loved the different seating areas, especially at night time.Only one beer available Keo,but you can get bottles which is fantastic. The choice of food was very good. They cater for everyone, different themed nights Italian,Mexican etc.About a 35-45 minute walk to Paphos harbour.Bus stop outside hotel. We had sea view room and to be honest it was fine but have had better.Old style room key that was a bit temperamental to say the least.Safe was made when hotel was, large style key,bit disappointing that they charge you for it.Those things said I see why it has repeat guests. So really to sum it up,not everyone will enjoy it here.We did, just with a few minor niggles

The staff and their eagerness to please is the defining factor in what sets this hotel apart. Wonderful beach-front location, impressive food too. Our boys (9,6) loved the centrally located outdoor play area and didn't want to leave to our next hotel. It's very family orientated and has 'fun' at the heart of everything. The animation / entertainment work hard even if some of the entertainment is a little 'cheesy' for our taste. It was cold in Feb and the indoor pool was part of the reason for booking. It's ok but small. The whole underground area of the hotel resembels tunnels from WWII (joke) , with the main entertainment being a bit like a social club from childhooh, but don't let that put you off. The good for outweighed the not so good and full compliments to the team here. We would certainly return. In our group we celebrated an anniversary and a birthday and the hotel made a special effort to make them special. I like the fact that verything was included and nothing was upsold, helped us feel relaxed. Well Done all
